Hello,
we are considering installing wood-look tiles in our house (which is quite modern and open). I think these tiles, when well made, look really nice. I am just a bit skeptical whether I will still like them in a few years. Does anyone know a good manufacturer of wood-look tiles?

I didn’t find them on their website either, but our tiler bought some last week.
I hope it doesn’t run out because we still want to tile the entire remaining ground floor. We were unlucky before and had to choose different tiles at short notice because the ones we originally wanted were no longer in production. I really don’t want to go through that hassle again.
I specifically asked the tiler if they would definitely be available this time, and he guaranteed it to me.

Funny enough, I also took a closer look at the box, ours are the Treline Brown from Marazzi as well.
Now I can easily imagine it. You said you would have preferred slightly darker grout afterward? Like a very light brown or more of a beige?
By the way, we paid €42.90 directly to our tile installer for the tiles. I’ll send you the price we paid via private message. As I mentioned before, we received the discount that the general contractor would normally get (our GC always passes on such discounts— even the sellers weren’t used to that).
As I already said—my wife is in charge of aesthetics. I like our grout as well—maybe a shade darker would have been better in hindsight. However, that might also create a large surface area where lighter grout provides a bit more contrast and definition.
If you can, place samples of the grout material next to the tiles and decide that way.

Could it be that the Marazzi series has been discontinued? I can’t find anything about it on the website anymore. If you read post #47 carefully again, you’ll see where we bought them from. They have locations in Munich and Nuremberg. Maybe just ask if the tile is still being sold there. Last year, no mention was made of it being discontinued (unlike our bathroom floor tiles). Good luck.

@Musketier
It also looks great. According to the photo, it has a kind of "walnut color" (a reddish brown).
We probably would have liked it, but it might have been a bit too dark for us.
Such dark tones always remind me a little of grandma's old furniture, which felt a bit heavy in the room.
But still – it has something special.

The tiles were originally intended for the living room. The plan was to have a light-colored wall unit, a white coffee table, and a corner sofa with white leather on the bottom and colored fabric on the top. Although darker brown tiles were chosen in the end, the living room still feels very bright.
The only downside is that the brown color shows dirt from our cat’s paws very easily.
