BobRossI often get the error on a Hargassner Agro Fire 25-40 RA:
"Error 220 grate motor or limit switch defective"
Maybe someone else has had the same error message and can offer advice for targeted troubleshooting.
After acknowledging the error message, the heating system continues to run without any noticeable issues.
The manual advises checking the grate for stiffness. Also, check the clearance and function (red LED) of the sensor.
