Fireplace in a Conservatory

Hello Keller

From a conservatory construction perspective, installing a fireplace in a conservatory does not pose any problems. There are several roof design options available, depending on the type of chimney desired. However, it is advisable to first consult with your chimney sweep. They can provide detailed guidance on what needs to be done and what requirements or regulations must be met.

Once you have all this information, it is best to discuss it with the conservatory builder, who can then offer an appropriate proposal.

All the best and good luck

Hi,
if it ever comes to installing the stove, I would really make sure that its output in kW is not too high. I say this because it’s often overlooked, and then the room overheats quickly, forcing you to open the windows wide. That’s not very practical, right?

Hello,
it’s not only difficult to find something there, but also quite expensive, at least that’s what I assume. I guess exterior chimneys are not exactly cheap. You can forget about the ones from the hardware store; they rust straight through!

But the picture doesn’t look bad... I like it.
