Now I need to know if it’s at least possible to change the window in the bathroom? I have no problem paying for a window, but how "complex" is it to install a smaller window?
I’m looking forward to informed answers, as I want to discuss this with the builder today. Every hour counts. And seriously, if you’re building in the city, don’t have too many windows!
Thank you.

First of all, a big thank you for all the additional answers and questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any push notifications that there were more comments. I still need to check where I can adjust that setting.
In the meantime, I have decided on a change and now need to secure it to make sure that no additional costs arise, for example, due to construction delays, and that the costs quoted to me for installation, windows, and security roller shutters remain valid. I need to put this in writing now and hope I am covering everything.
Also, is there a professional way to conclude the letter, such as asking the builder/developer to inform me if any other/additional costs and/or contract changes might occur that I might have overlooked?
I will just check the forum from time to time today to see if anyone has a better formulation for this.
Wishing everyone a great Tuesday.
Thank you,
Sophie
