Now I need to know if it’s at least possible to change the window in the bathroom? I have no problem paying for a window, but how "complex" is it to install a smaller window?
I’m looking forward to informed answers, as I want to discuss this with the builder today. Every hour counts. And seriously, if you’re building in the city, don’t have too many windows!
Thank you.

By the way, you can tell that I am brand new to this forum, and I am currently wondering why part of the text is not showing up here. If my request does not make sense, just ask. Thank you very much.

Doc.Schnaggls8 Dec 2016 09:00Hello @SophieHamburg,
First of all, welcome to the forum!
Unfortunately, your question is a bit unclear, so it’s not entirely obvious what you want to know.
In general, you can still change the window sizes during the shell construction phase.
However, the cost of doing so is another matter and obviously depends on whether your windows have already been ordered or even manufactured.
When it comes to questions about window sizes and positions, it’s helpful to provide pictures (external views, internal views) or drawings (floor plans and/or elevations).
Otherwise, any answer would be like shooting in the dark. 😉
Best regards,
Dirk

The windows are already installed.
I think it’s a decision between incurring additional costs now or not worrying about it later and, with just over 6 sqm (65 sq ft) of bathroom space, constantly thinking that there would be more room if the window were smaller. But how much effort is involved in removing a large window and installing a smaller one? Is it already a significant effort/cost at this stage, and it’s better to partially block the window from the inside? Similar to front doors with windows, for example.
