Hello... we have the following issue. Since we don’t want too many different window heights in the house and also don’t find the transition from a 130cm (51 inches) sill height to a low window in the same room or at the junctions particularly attractive, we are facing the above-mentioned problem. Actually, I’m not even sure if it’s really a problem.

West elevation of a two-story house as an architect’s design drawing with windows and entrance door.

South elevation of a modern building with garage on the left, multiple windows and flat roofs.

North elevation of a modern building, two levels, rows of windows and dimension lines.

East elevation of a modern house with flat roof, large window front and doors.

I’ve done some more drawings myself with about 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) parapet height throughout the entire upper area... What do you think?

Modern residential architecture with flat roof and garage; east, west, and south views.

Yes... if the widths are adjusted.
Try to design the bedroom without a south-facing window, for example, a railing-free east-facing window. That would be great.
Then arrange your house: who really needs those windows in the living room? Usually, people prefer to watch TV there.
What about the kitchen? It’s missing a window, isn’t it? What do you think?
@hampshire always puts it nicely: how do you want to live?
I say: I also want nice facades when I come home. But first and foremost, the interior needs to work—then you can create interest from the outside through the windows 😎

Hello there... it seems to me that you might be missing the forest for the trees: the significant extra cost for the setbacks and recesses, including all the added structural engineering and insulation effort, is roughly equivalent to the price of a double garage (including the fancy gate opener). With a reasonably lively window arrangement, you can make the house look much more attractive. By the way, “smokey eyes” haven’t been in style for three years (you’d think a fashion enthusiast like Mähnijeck would know that).

The house is watching me from all sides.

@11ant well, then just make a suggestion

@ypg well, I don't think the large window wall in the living room on the ground floor is bad at all... In the kitchen, we had originally planned a 3 meter (10 feet) lift-and-slide door that ended right at the corner next to the extension... the kitchen is on the right side.

@Nida35a how should I understand that?

I see the house and it looks back at me in the pictures.
This effect can disappear if all windows appear as dark surfaces from the outside.
With light-colored sunshades, this is not the case.
