Is this a reasonable alternative to a controlled ventilation system, and does it help prevent mold?
How exactly does it work?

And now you install windows with holes that allow fresh air to enter the house freely again.
Does that make sense to you?

I believe @Nordlys is using RegelAir (?)

How exactly does this work? There are holes in the insulated windows. The air circulates randomly and uncontrollably through them. That basically sums it up.
