Hello everyone,

I have a question – how was the window frame connected to the reveal on the inside in your case? For us, it was done with acrylic sealant, but unfortunately, it is now cracking around the front door and sliding patio door. It’s not a major problem, but it doesn’t look very neat either.

Using such external plaster (APL) to create the interior waterproofing – unfortunately, that is incorrect.

Yes, I still don’t see anything about an internal waterproofing. He never even related it to that anyway 😉

In our new build, the plasterers also used a base coat profile strip; they don’t do anything differently.

@Sebastian79 I didn’t say that :p You must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed today 😉 I just wanted to point out that there isn’t a “general” rule, but it’s probably done differently everywhere.
