Thank you! I just searched online. It actually looks quite neat. I’m just worried that it might be quite expensive. Core drilling through the ceiling on the upper floor. Long pipes to the roof, since the mezzanine is pretty much in the center of the house. How do these components perform in terms of heat loss or heat gain?

No core drilling is needed; it can also be recessed. Heat loss shouldn’t be a significant issue, as this product has only recently become common, during a period of heightened focus on this aspect.
