Hello,
Floor Plan

I am currently thinking about correctly drawing the floor plan that I want to commission now. However, I am not entirely sure...
I have considered and incorporated several points, and I would be interested to hear how others evaluate the floor plan.
This is a plan for a single-person household.
Thank you for your tips and suggestions.
For now, I have avoided explaining my reasons for this or that, but I am willing to share everything.

You should also comply with building standards and avoid designing dollhouse furniture. If the house is to be sold or rented later, standard furniture should fit, even if you currently have “single-person furniture.” For example, a wardrobe is at least 60 cm (24 inches) deep; the standard for two people is three meters (10 feet) in length. There should be enough walking space between the wardrobe and the bed. A toilet is 35 cm (14 inches) wide, with 30 cm (12 inches) clearance on each side.
A dining table with chairs around it should fit into the PC corner, so at least 3 x 3 meters (10 x 10 feet). Space for a TV should also be provided.
Well, and so on.
There seems to be enough space on the plot, although I can imagine that being 10 km (6 miles) from the North Sea means it’s a rural area, probably with a floor area ratio of around 0.1. You should check that before the whole plan becomes useless.
Best regards in brief
