Hello. Who is usually responsible for planning the rainwater drainage towards the house, especially the drainage from the paving of the parking spaces to the house (gutters, channels, etc.)? Our architect created a drainage plan that unfortunately only includes the wastewater from the house and the rainwater from the roof...
How was it handled in your case?

The architect is involved in this. However, the project also includes exterior landscaping, so that might be related. But actually, it's not a big deal to plan a channel along the driveway and mark a few meters of PVC pipe for the earthworks contractor...

I should mention that this architect is from our general contractor. I didn’t express that clearly.
So, this architect is not responsible for planning the surface water drainage from the parking spaces to the house? If we hired an architect separately, would they handle this planning?
