Hello Forum,
I have a fundamental question. In my budget, I have an item labeled "connection of water, wastewater, and stormwater," which is quite significant.
Our plot is fully developed. All the inspection chambers are located directly on or very close to the property. The pipes are laid along the shortest route to about 50cm (20 inches) outside the building.
So here’s the question: Who is responsible for filling the gap between the inspection chambers and the connection points of the house? And secondly, how can I obtain a reliable figure to ensure I’m not miscalculating this?
