Hello! Last week, we visited a retailer and looked at the Parador Modular One flooring. It sounds interesting: plasticizer-free; lifetime warranty; integrated cork underlay for sound insulation.
Who has experience with it? During installation? In daily use; cleaning; maintenance; durability?

Hello everyone,
since we’re already on the topic of flooring and I find the Modular One in the click version quite interesting for DIY installation, I’d like to know if there are any other experiences.
@goalkeeper Are you satisfied? Which subfloor did you choose?
@Steffen101 / @Wolfgang 404 Any updates on your end?
Thanks in advance We also installed this flooring. I think I’ve already posted some photos here. It’s definitely one of the best of its kind. The look and feel are really good. It’s also very durable and completely resistant to dirt. For the next house, once the kids are a bit older, I would still choose hardwood flooring.
I would definitely recommend the large planks. Unfortunately, they were not available for us at the time...

We want to buy the Modular One Fusion Black Minifase.
Unfortunately, we're having trouble deciding on the baseboards.
We looked at the S18 D057, but we're not sure if the color really matches.
Anyone with experience?

We have also installed the modular one Oak Spirit throughout the entire house. Visually, I still find it very attractive, but I’m curious about how you clean it when it’s wet? I usually do a damp mop once a week, but I find it really difficult with this floor. Dirt and dust don’t really get absorbed; instead, they are spread across the floor by the rough surface. So, mopping doesn’t seem to achieve much... Does anyone else have the same problem or have you found a solution?
Hello everyone, we are also looking for a new flooring for the upper floor (bedroom, study about 40 m² (430 sq ft)) and came across the Parador Modular One. However, after reading Hardness’s post, I am quite concerned because he mentioned that the exact floor we like, "Oak Urban Light Whitewashed," shows color abrasion. Has anyone else experienced such issues with Parador floors, or have your experiences with the product been positive?
We installed it as a floating floor in the children's rooms, and unfortunately, I’m not satisfied. The appearance is good, but personally, I don’t like the feel. It feels dull, especially when you can directly compare it to real wood flooring in the house.
So far, it has been easy to maintain (we’ve only been living in the house for 6 months, so no long-term test yet).
I’ve noticed wear in the color only in a small spot, and I have to say, that’s my own fault. I scrubbed too hard trying to remove a paint stain from painting.
In hindsight, I would have preferred to install a cheaper parquet in the children’s rooms and just replace it after some time if necessary.
I’m sure the Parador floor will be the first thing we replace in the house. Luckily, since it’s installed as a floating floor, it won’t be a big deal.
By now, I think I’m too convinced by the feel of real wood flooring, so vinyl just isn’t for me.

I think the different opinions regarding texture and cleaning come from the various surface colors. The best approach is to visit a specialized retailer where it is on display and get a personal impression.
Cleaning works without any problems for us, by the way.
