Hello! Last week, we visited a retailer and looked at the Parador Modular One flooring. It sounds interesting: plasticizer-free; lifetime warranty; integrated cork underlay for sound insulation.

Who has experience with it? During installation? In daily use; cleaning; maintenance; durability?

We don’t have a Modular One, but we installed a different "design floor" and chose the adhesive profiles because we didn’t want to drill into the floor due to the underfloor heating. They hold really securely and are very easy to install.

Regarding installation and expansion gaps, I would follow the manufacturer’s recommendations, although your rooms don’t seem to have very large continuous areas, right?

The longest length is actually about 9.30m (30.5 feet) from the kitchen to the sliding patio door.

We have the flooring from the Wineo 800 XL series, which allows for lengths of up to 12m (39 feet) in one piece and a maximum area of about 100m² (1,076 sq ft) approved. I would definitely try to install it as a continuous run.

Hello everyone,
since we are currently discussing flooring and I generally find the Modular One click version quite interesting for DIY installation, I would like to know if there are any additional experiences.

@goalkeeper Are you satisfied? What type of subfloor did you choose?

@Steffen101 / @Wolfgang 404 Is there anything new on your end?
Thanks in advance

Indeed. But it’s still somewhat about the ground.
