Even though the system has already been installed in our home, I wanted to ask if there is a significant difference between Vallox and Zehnder ventilation systems in terms of price, ease of use, quality, and effectiveness?
In the building specification, a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery from manufacturer A was explicitly stated, but manufacturer B was installed.
Before anyone asks why I didn’t complain earlier: at the time, I couldn’t find much information online about either system except for the data sheets, and both seemed pretty similar.
So, I didn’t really mind. But after three years, presumably more of these systems have been installed, and there might be more practical experience available now.
Good luck and thanks...

I only had some initial issues with the control unit because the installer didn’t connect the ground cable, which caused the display to malfunction completely.
