ᐅ Which type of facing brick or clinker is this? Does anyone have experience with these materials?

Hello,

we are currently still searching for the right brick. We had actually both agreed on one, but its WDF format would have meant an additional cost of around €3,500, which would have strained our budget.

Now we have found a budget-friendly alternative in the NF format. Unfortunately, the intermediary does not want to disclose the name, and the only reference building is a bungalow. We still like the brick there, but based on our experience, the appearance of a brick can also depend on the house style/type. Therefore, we would like to see the brick once more on a 1.5-story gable roof house.

Attached are the photos. We imagine it would look nice with anthracite windows, gray mortar joints, and a black roof.

Perhaps someone knows the name of this brick...

I must have overlooked the green...
I would like a nice red brick house with a red roof, white sash windows, green shutters, and a green front door...
But I would have to live there without my husband, and it doesn’t look like a semi-detached house either.

Respect for your memory

That was actually our first plan, but it was eventually discarded ...

We are currently searching for the right facing brick for our project.
The contract with the general contractor estimates prices at around 600 Euros per 1,000 pieces (about 600 USD), which I find a bit tight.
The house will be a two-story city villa with black roof tiles and white window frames.

The example picture shows an East Frisian facing brick that looks quite nice.
However, we do not know the exact brick shown in the photo. Based on the local proximity to the factory, I assume it might be a model from Röben, for example "Wiesmoor."
What would you recommend visually?
Additionally, we were told that light and colorful facing bricks are significantly more expensive than red bricks. Can you confirm this?
