Hello,

Which standards should I refer to when tendering the masonry work for my shell construction or requesting quotes?
It concerns tolerance measurements for masonry, the concrete slab, window openings, etc.

DIN 18202 and generally according to recognized rules of construction practice.

So DIN 18202 is a good starting point.
But it is certainly not architecture.
Given the current state of technology, I imagine this is usually standard practice and does not need to be explicitly mentioned, right?

What motivates you to handle the request for proposals yourself, and what makes you feel qualified to do so?
In inexperienced hands, a tender process can be a risky tool that causes significant financial loss—especially when combining individual trade contracts with self-contracting. The only thing worse is "construction management by Uncle Gwerderi."
