Hi everyone,
I just bought a new condominium and plan to renovate it thoroughly. However, I’m unsure about the choice of flooring! I want something low-maintenance and durable that won’t get damaged easily by tenants, and of course, it should look good as well! After all, I want to make money from it!

FachmannAmWerk-14 Dec 2007 17:15How much the costs are is really a good question. For me, it was quite a while ago, so unfortunately I don’t know the current prices. I would simply ask a professional nearby or even a qualified home improvement store (and by that I do not mean DIY chains like PRAKTIKER). What is clear, though, is that I would always have a professional do the work to ensure it is done properly and that the sealing is durable and long-lasting.
