Use an LNB from reputable brands such as Kathrein, Schwaiger, Fuba, or Humax – there are many reliable options. Don’t skimp on cable quality or connectors.
The dish size depends on your preferred channels – we enjoy British channels and use an 80cm (31.5 inches) dish here in the Bergisches Land region, which works very well. The LNB targets two satellites; this is sufficient for HD reception of German channels, but for the British channels, bad weather can cause issues.
