Hello,
a new residential area is being developed in our village, and we have a good chance to choose a plot of land.
Which one would you choose?
There are fields around, and a country road on the right.
The plots that are crossed out are not an option; the others are each 550 sqm (5930 sq ft) in size.
Thank you very much

The area looks familiar to me, and from your names, @Bodensee10, I can guess where it is 😀 Is it by any chance Schm........? If so, we also wanted to apply there, but unfortunately, we probably have "too much" assets ^^ Otherwise, the plots are fully serviced but still very expensive.....

Bodensee1011 Apr 2022 08:52The world is a village – and which plot of land would you have applied for if your wealth did not matter?!?

Bodensee1011 Apr 2022 11:02The location starts with a U, but the plot itself was sold by Schm****. And it is next to Oberteuringen.
Are we talking about the same place?
As far as I know, the price is around 270 per square meter (27 per square foot). In my opinion, that’s still reasonable; in Hafen, you already pay 450 per square meter (42 per square foot).

WilderSueden11 Apr 2022 11:11I don’t really see it as a bargain. The area is nice but quite rural, and FN is still a bit of a drive away. Sure, it still has its appeal, but €270 (around $290) seems quite expensive for that.
