ᐅ Which plot of land would you choose?

Hello,

a new residential area is being developed in our village, and we have a good chance to choose a plot of land.
Which one would you choose?
There are fields around, and a country road on the right.
The plots that are crossed out are not an option; the others are each 550 sqm (5930 sq ft) in size.

Number 2, with more space and a view of the field, is practical, for example, if you have large window areas and want to avoid neighbors looking inside. In winter, there is also less walkway to clear.

Additionally, only two neighbors (none directly across the street). And if you still have special road maintenance contributions (Strabs) where you live, these will also be much lower.

We are also leaning heavily towards option 2, and if the property is no longer available, what do you think about option 1 or 3? Thanks in advance.
