ᐅ Which plot of land should we choose?

Hello, we have a choice between two plots of land and are a bit unsure which one is better. The municipal one is located to the north near the forest, the private one to the south. What would you recommend?

Is the yellow highlighted area the street?
Personally, I prefer a garden facing south – this would be possible with both plots, but with the northern plot, you would always have the street in view. I find the view from the southern one more pleasant.

Yes, the yellow area represents the road. To get sunlight, the garden would need to face the road rather than the forest. Behind the house, towards the forest, it will definitely be shaded.

What kind of plot is the land located north above the house?

At first glance, the 630sqm (6,800 sq ft) plot in the south is appealing. The amount of shade depends on the proximity and height of the trees. Some shade on the property is not a bad thing. It would be interesting to know how further building development in the area is planned, as having a view and a location on the edge of the neighborhood has its charm – which would be lost if construction continues and blocks the view.

There are no plans for the next few years. Both plots have open fields to the west!
