Hello everyone, I am looking for useful information. We have looked into and partially consulted the following companies:
Schwabenhaus
Bien and Zenker
Scanhaus Marlow
Schwörer
Weberhaus
So far, we have not been able to create a reasonable comparison, nor have we found any reliable comparison points online. What stood out to us right away is that the salespeople seem focused on getting a quick signature.
Is there anyone here who has already built with one of these companies and maybe also compared them with others listed here?

@haydee I became interested in solid wood walls because I really wanted to build something like that. However, from Herrmann in Geisa, but they were prohibitively expensive.
I already have a traditional timber frame construction in HEF.The company is unknown to meThanks for the responses.
A monolithic passive house, especially with a basement, is of course very demanding both in terms of cost and requirements. That would be my top preference—I want a passive house or better—but I would probably have to switch to timber construction.
With the argument of "indoor climate," I can't really relate, especially nowadays with controlled residential ventilation combined with monolithic construction (i.e., not external thermal insulation composite systems).
For solid wood houses, I can think of the individual appearance, but that has nothing to do with plastered timber frame houses.
