Since pipes are currently being installed for another project, I want to proactively pull the appropriate electrical cable for 5 connected parking lot lights and 1 outdoor socket. I don’t have the lights yet, but they will likely be low-power fixtures to provide subtle illumination of the parking area. What type of electrical cable do I need for this? Suitable for outdoor use. Thanks in advance!
Question:
Assuming there are lamps and other devices connected to the supply line, consuming around 200–300 watts. Then a pressure washer with a rated power of 3000 watts is plugged into the outlet. Total is approximately 3300 watts.
If I calculate now: 230 V * 16 A = 3680 watts (maximum). Would this still work with a 3x1.5 mm² cable? (We have outdoor cable 3x1.5 mm² unrolled and laid out). Length about 30 m (100 ft)?

If I calculate now: 230 V * 16 A = 3680 watts (maximum). Would 3x1.5 mm² still be sufficient? (We have a rolled-out underground cable 3x1.5 mm²). Length about 30 m (100 ft)? No, that is no longer sufficient. For that length and power rating, you need 2.5 mm².

not coiled, yes laid out lengthwiseLaid out lengthwise also no. 2.5 mm2 (approximately 0.0039 in2) is correct.
