Hello!
Which of the two semi-detached houses do you think has a better orientation?
1436 (windowless wall facing southeast) or 1437 (windowless wall facing northeast)?
Best regards
Peter

If you don’t mind not being able to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning, I would go with 1436...

When exactly is morning for you? 😕

1437! You get sunlight at all times 😀
(I am currently struggling with a south-facing side without windows)

Also, the plot looks better shaped.

Thank you for the previous responses!

We prefer option 1437 because the windowless wall is only on the northeast side, unlike 1436 where it is on the southeast side. However, 1437 is about 20% more expensive due to its size and is at the upper limit of our budget. The question is whether to fully use the budget and have windows on the southwest side, or to save a significant amount of money (land is very expensive here, making up one-third of the costs, while two-thirds go toward building the semi-detached house) and accept the disadvantage of a windowless southeast wall.

@ypg: Which direction does your windowless wall face and how significant is the disadvantage?

Best regards

Peter

Is there a window planned on the side at all? Ga/St means garage or parking space, right...

Hello again, I have a wall facing south and north (terraced middle house). In the morning, the sun is in front of the house; in the evening, it is behind. And I really like that evening light. At 1436, that light shines into the living area, but at 1437 there is the garage or whatever will be placed there...
