Hello,

I have moved several times now and have always used a moving company for assistance – but so far, I have never been truly satisfied with any of them. One breaks something, another is too slow, and yet another is far too expensive.

But how can I find a good company now?

What does a good company mean to you?

Just cheap??? Or also good??? Fast????

Ok, that is definitely a good question 😀 😀 what is actually good.
It shouldn’t take too long and shouldn’t be too expensive either, so that’s more of a standard statement, but that’s just how it is 😕 😡

Hello,

The moving company I used was really good, although quite expensive at 5000€ (around 5400 USD), but the service was top quality, fast and reliable – that's how it should be.

I came across MyHammer by chance; it is a platform where service contracts are auctioned. The lowest bid usually wins the contract, but you don’t have to choose the cheapest option if you don’t want to. Has anyone had experience with companies from MyHammer?

I once worked with a company like that. Somehow it always ends up being more expensive than the quote given on MyHammer, with additional charges added on, etc.
But despite these extra fees, it was still a cheap offer. I provided the truck, and they did the rest for €250. That was four people working Saturday and Sunday, which I thought was quite reasonable.
