Heidi19654 Jan 2022 23:33The stones on the balcony of my house, which is just over 25 years old, are chipping and cracking; see pictures. Something new is needed. What would you recommend? Are there low-maintenance synthetic coverings that can be installed here? The balcony faces west and has no roof, so it is fully exposed to the weather.

What do you mean by "re-sealing"? Remove the old tiles and apply a waterproof membrane so that moisture doesn’t penetrate into the concrete of the balcony. Water means wet = freezes in winter = concrete cracks / tiles come loose.
