Matthias 405 Feb 2019 21:26Hello,
Our new build will start in March, but I am still undecided about which flooring to install in the basement. It is a hillside house with two rooms planned as offices on the basement level, both featuring large north-facing windows. The basement also has its own entrance. The basement includes the two offices, a windowless storage room, a mechanical/heating room, and a small utility room. I am currently leaning toward large tiles. What would you recommend?

yellow_ms6 Feb 2019 09:12We have a similar setup. The office will have vinyl flooring. The rest will be screed with a concrete sealant coating.

We also have high-quality laminate flooring in the office! Rest: inexpensive tiles...
