Pinkiponk15 Dec 2019 18:49Another post gave me the idea to buy a color fan deck since we will be purchasing a new house soon. I have noticed that there is quite a wide selection and they are not so cheap that I would want to buy several right away.
Which color fan deck is most commonly used in the construction industry, and can you recommend one? Which ones have you had good experiences with?
Or is it unnecessary because the colors never really match anyway?

Why buy?
DIY stores offer free color charts, and at specialist paint suppliers, you can borrow these items with a deposit. DIY stores all have their own individual numbers and color charts.
Only RAL colors are fixed.

What use is a color fan for a purchased house?By "buying" a house, I mean that we are purchasing a prefabricated house. When it comes to a solid construction house, I would say we are "building" a house. I learned this distinction from one of the forum members here and think it’s quite clever.N

For a solid construction house, I would say you "build" a house.OK – so at a car dealership, you also "build" a solid car? Both are built. And both are also purchased – when from the developer or general contractor.
