For lacquered surfaces:
- Mild cleaners without alcohol
- Occasional furniture polish for protection
For foil or melamine coatings:
- No waxes or oils, as these can damage the foil
- Only damp cleaning with mild dish soap
In general:
- Avoid excess moisture, as the panels can swell
- Do not use abrasive cleaners
- Regularly remove dust from the furniture to minimize micro-scratches
