ᐅ Which CAD software do you use? I'm looking for options to help with land development planning.

First of all, greetings from Franconia. I am retired and still own several plots of land where I would like to explore what might be built on them. I am looking for a simple architecture program, which can cost up to 100 € (about 110 USD), that allows me to draw rough floor plans on a plot of land, possibly with furniture placement and maybe even in 3D. There are often wonderful designs shown here!

My architecture program is from 1985 and is somewhat outdated.
