Hello everyone,

I have already resolved the dishwasher issue thanks to the old posts here and decided to go with the Siemens SX76P030EU, which is €80 more expensive than the Constructa.

Now I’m stuck with the microwave. I would like to install it in the upper cabinet / wall cabinet in the new kitchen. However, our old countertop model is too large for the wall cabinets. Which models actually fit in there? I would find an integrated microwave quite nice, but from my research, they are always very expensive. The VÄRMD seems to be one of the most affordable options. (By the way... has anyone had experience with it?)

On the other hand, I’m concerned about ordering one that fits the niche by size but then causes issues with the front panel, hinges, or ventilation.

Thank you very much for your answers.

Hello, an alternative to a built-in appliance is a microwave hidden behind a high-lift cabinet door.
