Hello everyone,

We recently visited the display home exhibition in Munich Poing and saw these blinds / external venetian blinds on a Regnauer house.
Unfortunately, the house was not open, and so far the manufacturer has not replied to my email.
We saw blinds there that looked very sturdy and wind-resistant. The slats were made of fairly thick material.
Does anyone here know the manufacturer of these blinds?

Thanks for your help

These are Roma three-arched slats. There are now also Roma slats that are more stable and provide better shading (Comfort & Design Slat CDL). Warema also offers comparable slats.

Such S-shaped slats are available from many manufacturers.
As mentioned before, there are also Z-shaped slats that allow slightly more light to pass through when open while still providing excellent darkness when closed. Some even come with rubber seals. It is also important to pay attention to the rails.

Hello everyone,
thank you for your replies. I was already worried that identification wouldn’t be that simple :-) For us, wind resistance is especially important. Which manufacturer offers the highest allowed wind load capacity?
Thank you, Ralf

Hello,
we are currently researching external venetian blinds as well. So far, the CDL model from Roma mentioned above seems to be the most appealing to us and offers good wind load ratings compared to other Roma slats:

I cannot say if another manufacturer has better ratings.

Yes, we also viewed the Roma model on site – we liked the CDL best. It would be interesting to know if anyone has something more wind-resistant...
