Hello,

if the shell of the building is to be completed within this year, when is the latest one should start planning?
We already have a rough idea but no detailed plans yet.
How much time should one roughly allow to make sure everything can be done exactly as planned?
It still takes some time to get quotes and for the company to start work...

Could you possibly help me with this?

Good luck

Hello Tanja, before you start building, you should submit your building application; this is important both because of the costs and because you will likely need a bank loan, which also requires the building application. Usually, the entire construction project takes about 8–9 months. This includes the planning phase. If you want to know more, feel free to reach out again. Best regards and good luck with building your house.

How much time should be planned until the shell construction is completed?

Is there a good software for self-planning, so that you can experiment a bit on your own?

How long does it usually take for an architect to finish the plans?
