We will do the plastering (if necessary), painting, and install the click vinyl flooring ourselves.

How long after the screed can these tasks be done?

Thanks,

When it is dry, meaning ready for floor covering installation.
This cannot be stated generally, as every house and every screed dries differently.
There should be a hole in the screed in each room where the residual moisture can be measured.

Which screed? Flowing screed or cement screed? When was the screed laid/poured? How long have you been ventilating, how do you ventilate, and has the heating-up program already started?

Why do you ask, have you already given notice? :p

Ceiling joints or drywall taping? Well then, enjoy your meal! Can you even do that, have you done it before? Painting is something anyone can do, but taping is not!

Applying filler is almost always possible. Paint once the wall appears visually dry. Don’t forget the primer.

Click vinyl is a good choice if the floor is a nice light gray. With the click system, it is less critical compared to glued vinyl. Glued vinyl requires a thoroughly dry substrate.
