The solar subsidy has just been reduced. However, this feed-in tariff is still fixed for a few more years. Is it really secure, or could the government simply cut it as well, even though it is supposedly guaranteed...?

Angelia-121 Feb 2014 13:32I also believe that the feed-in tariff will remain, but only at very low rates, making it even less profitable for investors.
In a way, this is good because these high feed-in tariffs have driven energy prices up, although that wouldn’t be the case if there weren’t so many exemptions for those who no longer have to pay 🙂
Yes, you really need to be part of a lobby or have one as a citizen 🙂

Nicole1981-127 May 2014 11:37The feed-in tariff will remain in place in Switzerland for a few more years. However, nothing is certain here either. Existing systems have contracts with a duration of 20 or 25 years.
