Hello everyone,

I am very interested in hearing what you liked most about your house after completing the build. Maybe also things that turned out well by chance or features that, in hindsight, made you wonder how you ever lived without them.

Thank you!

Kaho, the paving looks really great – was it very difficult to install?
Yes, I assume so. It was done by a team of Romanian workers. Their craftsmanship was rather average, but they were incredibly hardworking. They carried and installed the stones without any complaints or grumbling.

With us:

1) Passive cooling with geothermal energy... I didn’t expect the effect to be this significant.

2) Controlled residential ventilation... What a huge improvement in comfort compared to our previous house... Never again without it! You really notice the difference when staying overnight in houses without controlled ventilation, the contrast is enormous.
