Hello everyone,

I am very interested in hearing what you liked most about your house after completing the build. Maybe also things that turned out well by chance or features that, in hindsight, made you wonder how you ever lived without them.

Thank you!

Yes, we admitted it.

However, it will accompany us for the rest of our lives, and then it will be worth it.

The price is outrageous!!!
If you look at the amount of light you get per euro, you might think so. From a design and art perspective, the price is completely reasonable. Some artworks on the wall cost multiples of that and don't even provide light. There are clocks available for just under €10 (about $11), yet many people spend significantly more on them. A beautiful ring on a finger...

...but you can take it off.

Because at some point, it no longer looks pleasant... a close relative experienced this with the five-figure Rolex.

But okay, everyone has to decide for themselves how much they spend on lamps. They look great
I know that I find them so unique that eventually, with the changes that every decade brings to my rooms, they will have to go.

Our driveway turned out unexpectedly well (at least in my opinion). By chance, the local cooperative in the village had removed an old path, and we were able to get the stones cheaply. At first, I was a bit skeptical because it’s quite uneven. But now I’m really happy with my bumpy track. I find it very charming.

We also enjoy the cooling effect of the geothermal system with underfloor heating every summer, which we had casually decided to include with a simple “let’s just add that now.”

Kaho, the paving stones look really cool – was it very difficult to install?
