Hello everyone,

I am very interested in hearing what you liked most about your house after completing the build. Maybe also things that turned out well by chance or features that, in hindsight, made you wonder how you ever lived without them.

Thank you!

none.

I have invested heavily, especially in the garden, transforming it from just green grass with three small trees into an oasis.

My bathroom. I was completely overwhelmed by the selection at the tile showroom and couldn’t really imagine how it would look in my bathroom... Of course, I liked the tiles I chose, no question, but how they would work together in the layout, combining wall tiles, floor tiles, and border tiles... I just hoped for the best.

And it turned out absolutely amazing! I was literally left speechless.
I would attach pictures, but they’re all on my phone and the quality isn’t great...

The terrace railing. We wanted something delicate. The carpenter suggested a more sturdy design. It fits the house perfectly and frames the view. We would never have chosen this without his advice, and now we love it.

It may sound silly, but actually almost everything. For me as a man, the best thing is my garage with a workshop. I can clean and maintain all the cars at my leisure and finally have plenty of space for all my tools and equipment. The garden turned out really great as well; our landscape gardener had fantastic ideas and executed them perfectly. I also wouldn’t want to do without the large kitchen with an island—details like the elevated dishwasher and electric waste bin pull-out are very convenient.

Oh, and a controlled mechanical ventilation system is an enormous comfort upgrade. In the past, I would often wake up in the bedroom after a night out feeling like I was nearly suffocating. Now I wake up in the morning to fresh, good air. It’s a dream.
