ᐅ What type of sealing is best for pipe penetrations in a concrete slab?

Mudo1991Hello everyone,
we built on a slab-on-ground without a basement. This slab was sealed against rising damp with bitumen membranes. However, the question now is how to best seal the areas around the pipe penetrations for wastewater and utility lines to the bitumen membrane?
From initial research, I would consider trying a solvent-free two-component thick coating. What do you think about this? Can it also be safely applied on PVC sewer pipes (KG/HT pipes)? The product description only states "...for pipe penetrations" and nothing else.
Thank you all.

These should already be in place: sealed penetrations (for water, electricity, telecommunications, gas) in the form of a multi-service connection, and sealed penetrations for drainage installed in the slab using HT/KG pipes. What exactly do you want to seal additionally, where, and why? Have I misunderstood the issue?
