Dear forum members,
we are renovating the facade of our old building. Now the question arises: what kind of strange device has been installed next to the outdoor sensor so far? Could it be related to an old alarm system or an oil heating system? I would really appreciate any expert help. Have a nice evening! Jakob

I would also consider an ApL (line termination point) possible here; they come in a thousand different forms. The context would then be related to telecommunications.
