Until now, the inverter always displayed the current production from the roof. Now we have added a battery storage system with 5.1 kWh. The inverter now shows a value in watts under "output power" that I cannot interpret. What does this output power represent?
The output power is the current power coming from the roof.
Do you have a hard or soft curtailment? The photovoltaic system is allowed to feed a maximum of 70% into the grid.
So, with 6.12 kWp, that is 4.284 kWh. With hard curtailment, the photovoltaic system will not produce more than that.
If there is an intermediate meter that accounts for self-consumption, the system can produce the full 6.12 kWp if the self-consumption exceeds 30% of the system capacity.

Do you have a hard or soft limit? I think with storage systems, only a soft limit is possible.

So at 6.12 kWp it’s 4.284 kW. kWh -> kW
