Cork? That green accordion-style underlayment from Obi, or the really good heavy stuff from Balterio (2 kg per sqm (4.1 lbs per sqft))?

Thanks for the answers.

You need to provide a bit more information, for example:
- Underfloor heating?
- Specific requirements for impact sound insulation?
- Unevenness in the screed (that you cannot or do not want to level beforehand)?
- Is overall construction height flexible?
- Is a vapor barrier necessary or desired?
- Etc.

Of course,
So, different laminate flooring from the same manufacturer will be installed by myself in several rooms.
All are 8mm (0.3 inches) thick, just with different designs.
Height is relative; we will likely have to shorten the door frames anyway.
Two transitions to the stairs are needed.
There are two transitions to tiles that are already installed when we move in; the height of those is unknown.
There is a diagonal transition to click vinyl flooring that is only 5mm (0.2 inches) thick.
It’s a new build using prefab construction.
On 40 sqm (430 sq ft) there is screed, the rest is bare concrete. The transitions will be filled and leveled.
Ideally, I would like an underlay that also includes a vapor barrier.

I attended a DIY course and installed 2 sqm (22 sq ft) on those green folding mats, which I really dislike.
I simply find it hard not to kneel on them, so I need an alternative.

It should provide at least 20 dB sound insulation, that’s what I was told.
Otherwise, no special requirements.

So go ahead, I’m open to advice.

I can recommend the Ewifoam Universol products, which provide between 18 and 20 dB impact sound insulation.
What definitely won’t work are these foam rolls that are 2mm (0.08 inches) thick, etc., as they compress over time and lose all their effectiveness.
