ᐅ What is the recommended height for electrical outlets on the TV wall?

Hello everyone,
The shell construction is progressing quickly, and my questions are piling up.
I will have an exposed concrete wall on the ground floor serving as a room divider between the kitchen and living room.
On the living room side, there will be many power outlets and TV/network connections. The wall is scheduled to be poured next week, and today my electrician asked me to mark the required heights for the connections.
Now I need your help with two questions:
What height should the connection for the television be installed at (a minimum 55-inch TV is planned to be wall-mounted)?
At what height should the other power outlets be installed or cast in? These should be hidden behind a standard TV sideboard.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

I wouldn’t worry about other objects in the room since the TV will cover them anyway.
Instead, plan specifically with the exact TV wall mount so that it fits over the outlets and ensure the outlets align with the TV’s connections. Also, consider the mounting points on the TV. These days, they are no longer centered on the back panel but located near the bottom because that’s where the electronics are, and the TVs are thinner at the top. Many modern TVs come with external power supplies to make the device itself slimmer, so you’ll need space for those as well.
Especially if you want the TV to sit as flush to the wall as possible, I recommend selecting or measuring a specific mount and TV model (or the one you already have) and planning the installation precisely. Otherwise, things can go wrong.
If you plan to use the TV’s built-in speakers, keep in mind that they require a wall behind the device for proper sound reflection. This means if you want to use a swivel mount, plan for an external sound source from the start. Make sure to provide a conduit or speaker boxes inside the wall for that as well!

Although the large TV covers it, 1.20 m (4 feet) would have been plenty. The lower outlets are at 35 cm (14 inches) above the finished floor, which works well.
