Hello,
The person who created the report should be able to provide clarification. It is common for the report to also include the complete layer structure. If necessary, check the heating load calculation, as this component must also be listed there.
Best regards

...What does Däm20 mean??? What type of insulation needs to be applied here?

Hi,
The "manufacturer" refuses to provide us with any information. Therefore, I have to take care of this work myself.
I thought there were certain products or specifications for this, similar to insulation wool.
Otherwise, I would have used 10cm (4 inches) polystyrene boards...

I got it:
18cm (7 inches) concrete intermediate floor, Insulation 20 74.66 m² U-value = 0.115 W/m²K
Material -- Density -- Thickness -- λ (thermal conductivity) -- R (thermal resistance) -- Vapor diffusion resistance
Air transfer on warm side RSi 0.10
[LEFT]
1 Cement screed --> 2000.0 --> 30.00 mm (1.18 inches) --> 1.400 0.021 15 / 35
2 Vapor barrier PE foil --> 1100.0 --> 0.30 mm (0.01 inches) --> 0.200 0.002 100000
3 Phenolic rigid foam 020 --> 40.0 --> 200.00 mm (7.87 inches) --> 0.024 8.333 10 / 50
4 Normal concrete DIN 1045 --> 2500.0 --> 200.00 mm (7.87 inches) --> 2.100 0.095 70 / 150
5 Lime-cement plaster --> 1800.0 --> 15.00 mm (0.59 inches) --> 0.870 0.017 15 / 35
I have underlined the "Thickness."
Does this mean that a 20cm (7 inches) phenolic rigid foam board needs to be installed?
