I can’t say anything about that. First, we need to wait and see what stops working as usual.

Well, I actually wanted to report: Content in the user profile from thread posts is not possible. It’s an empty field where something should be. I also can’t fill my own profile. You probably had a brief connectivity issue or something similar.

Or here: You liked me once or twice. (So twice, but I already used one)
I take the one, then I end up here:
There’s nothing. A post was deleted, so it redirects you to page 4 where that post would be if it hadn’t been deleted. I’ll look into this by tomorrow so it doesn’t happen again.
Tomorrow’s update will include:
- Which user started the topic
- New topics view similar to new posts view
@ypg … yes, now I understand what you meant with the description in this post. I also often experience the same when I click something in the bell icon.
I have already described several other issues with the bell icon multiple times throughout this thread.
@webmaster … the landing on a blank thread page that ypg described happens to me with almost every second bell notification link I follow. And I definitely have connectivity, as I said, from my laptop using Firefox. I just didn’t describe it further because processing the notifications does not seem very systematic or user-friendly to me (tracking all notifications and marking each as completed, possibly publishing an open TODO list as a current status, etc.), and I lost the motivation to provide detailed error reports since I receive very few systematic responses. This whole adjustment process has been going on for almost exactly three months now.

Do you have to manually set it for every thread? Couldn’t the notification bell be set to active by default in threads where you have posted yourself? Just like how email notifications were initially set to immediate here? It used to be like that, but now we’ve changed it as 11ant described.
It only activates if it was previously turned on.

How long does the slider keep defaulting back to "Push, immediate" each time you reply to a thread that is actually set to not notify? Fixed.

I have one more question: Are mentions of specialist forums now allowed? I feel like the admin has relaxed the rules. I don’t think it’s competition, but it is really helpful. No, not allowed
