ᐅ What are your thoughts on carpet? Is it considered outdated?

I am planning to install carpet flooring in my daughter's bedroom... Is that a good idea, or should I maybe reconsider?

I can definitely give you some good advice. I’m a proud mother of a 2-year-old daughter myself. Back then, I had a carpet installed in her room. I can tell you that it wasn’t such a great idea because children tend to make quite a few stains, and you don’t get them out of the carpet very easily. That is really a disadvantage.

I can definitely recommend a carpet. I've never really had any problems with stains, and when there were any, I always managed to remove them somehow… My children can play really well on a carpet because it is nice and soft and also very easy to maintain… Vacuuming once a day is usually enough, and a little dust isn’t really noticeable…

I’m curious to know how old your children are...??

My youngest is 3 and my oldest is 6....

Ok, my daughter is only 5 years old as well, so she would be at that age... But she has mild allergies to house dust. Is it still possible if I vacuum every day?
