What do you think about the energy concept of fuel cells for electricity and heat generation (in combination with a gas burner), for example, the fuel cell heating system Vitovalor 300-P?

So my grandparents have it and are completely satisfied.

You should be able to do the math. The investment is not proportional. Sure, the unit provides heat. But what did it all cost? I pay about 400€ gas per year and very little for my heating.

I am also satisfied with my muscle car, but it cost me 135,000 euros.

A fuel cell unit is expensive, large, and its efficiency is not better than that of a gas condensing boiler.
