I am not arrogant; I have just been involved for a very long time and have read up on things for many years—I have experience with both older and newly built houses as well. I am certainly not smarter or better, but perhaps that might come across that way to some who are relatively new. However, it should not be me reflecting on this, but rather the person who feels uncomfortable because of it.
Also, as a former moderator, you tend to focus more on the overall coordination than others.

To get back to the topic. We treated ourselves to the following:
- Controlled mechanical ventilation system
- All roller shutters electrically operated
- Oak staircases
- Bora hob
- 2 walk-in showers
- Bathtub measuring 180cm x 80cm (71 inches x 31 inches)
- In the main family bathroom, shower and bathtub built-in flush with the wall
- Basement
- Fireplace

When I look out of my window with a parapet, it looks more like the opposite of clear weather. It might be that you see it differently because of your floor-to-ceiling windows [emoji38]?
