hi,
we are currently renovating our bedroom and want to replace everything. However, we can’t agree on a color. What color would you suggest? As mentioned, we want everything new, and everything should be coordinated with the wall color. So, what do you think is a nice color?

For the bedroom, I think orange, terracotta, or red tones are nice. They radiate warmth and coziness.

Hello, I would also recommend choosing the wall color to match your furniture. Our bedroom is decorated in an Oriental style, and the wall color we chose is sand. I can also suggest lighter colors, such as Pompeian red or apricot, which also create a cozy atmosphere. Regards

Decoration – my favorite topic! Our entire apartment is very bright, and this year my favorite decoration color consists of all shades of green. For the large bedroom window, we have just bought a fantastic sunshade in my favorite color this year, and now we are choosing bed linens and pillows to match. The annual spring cleaning and the resulting redecoration always bring me incredible joy.

You do realize this thread is from 2008, right? :-D

Aside from that, our bedroom is currently painted apricot with a sunset vibe 😉

I find brown really beautiful. Especially when light hits it, this color creates a warm atmosphere that slightly reminds one of the autumn season.

I’m not a fan of very dark rooms, especially in winter... We painted our daughter’s bedroom pink, which is typical for a girl, but it just looks so beautiful! I did this after buying the furniture and the picture that goes with it, which I saw as inspiration on the shop page

I think it’s really nice for adults too because it’s a good compromise between white and color! selfmademann55 says brown would be great because it’s calming and modern; pink has the same effect – you could also go more towards brown or raspberry tones.
